本政策說明 Forely（以下稱「我們」）在你使用本應用程式與相關服務時，如何收集、使用與保護你的個人資料。 使用 Forely 即表示你同意本政策所述之做法。

1. 我們收集的資料

• 帳號資料：當你以 LINE 或 Google 登入時，我們會取得你的名稱、個人頭像、電子郵件（若提供）與該平台的帳號識別碼。
• 個人檔案：你在建立檔案時提供的顯示名稱、頭像及高爾夫相關資訊。
• 位置資訊：在你授權的情況下，我們會使用你裝置的位置，以顯示附近球場並在地圖上為你定位。你可隨時於裝置設定中關閉此權限。
• 你的內容：你發起或加入的球局、社群貼文與留言、聊天訊息，以及球場預約紀錄。
• 使用與技術資料：裝置類型、日誌與操作紀錄等，用於維持服務運作與安全。

2. 我們如何使用資料

• 提供並維護核心功能：球友配對、主辦與加入球局、訊息、球場預約。
• 依你的位置顯示附近球場。
• 發送與服務相關的通知。
• 維護安全、預防濫用並改善服務。

3. 資料分享與第三方

我們不會出售你的個人資料。我們僅在提供服務所必要時，與下列服務供應商分享資料：

• Supabase——資料庫、身分驗證與檔案儲存。
• Vercel——網站代管。
• LINE、Google——第三方登入服務。

在法律要求或為保護使用者與公眾安全之必要時，我們亦可能揭露資料。

4. 資料保存

我們會在你的帳號存續期間保存你的資料。你可要求刪除帳號與相關個人資料。

5. 你的權利

你有權存取、更正或刪除你的個人資料。如需行使上述權利，請透過下方電子郵件與我們聯絡。

我們採取合理的技術與組織措施保護你的資料，惟任何網路傳輸或儲存方式均無法保證絕對安全。

This policy explains how Forely (“we”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our app and related services. By using Forely, you agree to the practices described here.

• Account information: when you sign in with LINE or Google, we receive your name, profile photo, email (if provided), and a unique account identifier from that provider.
• Profile: the display name, avatar, and golf-related details you add to your profile.
• Location: with your permission, your device location, used to show nearby courses and center the map. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
• Your content: rounds you host or join, community posts and comments, chat messages, and course bookings.
• Usage & technical data: device type, logs, and activity data used to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use information

• Provide and maintain core features: player matchmaking, hosting and joining rounds, messaging, and course bookings.
• Show nearby courses based on your location.
• Send service-related notifications.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

3. Sharing & third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to run the service, with these providers:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• LINE, Google — third-party sign-in.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the safety of users and the public.

4. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

5. Your rights
